چکیده

Background: Many studies have been conducted on the sika deer, an extinct species in Korea, to analyze physiological characteristics of restoration and reproductive characteristics. The mechanisms water deer especially function, morphological changes, ovarian characteristics, are unknown. Objective: We aimed study differences physiology determine difference function through analysis cell remodeling. Methods: Water ovaries were collected during estrus pregnancy seasons from Korean Peninsula Russia–Korean border, respectively, analyzed. Morphological situ zymography confirm activity matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), immunofluorescence Casp-3 protein, assess changes ovaries. Results: results confirmed be morphologically different. corpus luteum showed large size morphology compared many also observed cells. However, MMPs apoptosis follicles higher than those deer. similar patterns pregnancy. Conclusion: In our study, found present between ovaries; however, remodeling demonstrated a pattern. Therefore, endocrine efficiency for reproduction would similar.

Along with habitat expansion and population increase, damage by sika deer to the forest ecosystem and agriculture has become a serious issue in Japan. Deer also transmit a number of diseases and parasites to humans and livestock. The overabundance of deer is a result of their strong fecundity, and therefore the present situation should, i...

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...

Ehrlichia chaffeensis Infection of Sika Deer, Japan

To determine whether Ehrlichia chaffeensis exists in Japan, we used PCR to examine blood from sika deer in Nara, Japan. Of 117 deer, 36 (31%) were infected with E. chaffeensis. The E. chaffeensis 16S rRNA base and GroEL amino acid sequences from Japan were most closely related to those of E. chaffeensis Arkansas.

New Genotypes of Enterocytozoon bieneusi Isolated from Sika Deer and Red Deer in China

To examine the occurrence and genotype distribution of Enterocytozoon bieneusi in cervids, 615 fecal samples were collected from red deer (Cervus elaphus) and sika deer (Cervus nippon) on 10 different farms in Henan and Jilin Province. Enterocytozoon bieneusi was identified and genotyped with a nested PCR analysis of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of the rRNA genes, showing an ave...
